DELTA InfiniBand Storage-Solution - D-S24-IB-M4


The DELTA InfiniBand Storage Array is available with 24 SAS disk slots and supports a maximum capacity of 24 TB per storage node using 1TB SAS drives. In a RAID6 configuration the net capacity is 22 TB per chassis. When using a hot spare drive the capacity will be one TB less.

Several storage nodes can be aggregated by using a parallel file system, or the storage nodes can be allocated to specific file servers as block devices, similar to a Fibre Channel configuration, but with transfer of block data over InfiniBand.

Failover configurations with InfiniBand interconnect are possible with the appropriate file system installed.
